He use to be so sweet.We,ve been together for about a year now.Sometimes hes like Dr.Jekyll/Mr. Hide.He makes me think I am going crazy.Says I say things that I know I did not say, or denies saying things he said.Sometimes I even believe what I know to be a lie,from him and I even end up apologizing for something I didnt do.Its crazy.He says I am paranoid and imagining it.What are the techniques used for mind manipulation?Maybe thats what he's doing.If not maybe I am losing it.

He's trying 'Gas Light' you. This is atrocious behavior and shows his intentions for you are not honorable at all. What he's doing is just plain wrong, what's worse it's mean. My advice would be to put as much emotional distance between the two of you as possible. And when he tells you you've been imagining the whole thing don't even dignify his words with a response. You've waisted too much time already. Good Luck.

Maybe he has manipulated you into asking this question even...brain washing only works if you let it. In this case you are trying so hard to keep this relationship together that your willing to accept the fact he tells you what you know are lies. If you don't want to be brain washed then you have to be willing to end the relationship over the fact that he lies to you.

He is the crazy one. I would get away from him ASAP. He thinks he can brainwash you and he’s definitively trying. Staying around a person like that will just drain you.

First off your not losing it. He very well could be playing mind games with you. If his personality is changing than that could be one of the reasons. How is your relationship otherwise?

Here is one the tips, i got it from expert, you can try when he is talking to you , you try to copy is move like putting his one the table or toyuching is cheek this is called 'mirror effect' then you strart to agree what he said. and then you will statrt with a phase 'i agree with you, but if you ..........it will be better.' this will makel him do what ever you want him to do.
