Having 4 kids myself, it sounds to me like your pregnant. But seriously, what country are you in that you can't go to a doctor yet you have access to the Internet. I used to live in a foreign country. Ask a pharmacist or any woman, where you can get tested or see an emergency doc.
If you are worried about cost, most countries have cheaper health care than the US and you don't have to be a citizen.

Well the sore breast are definitely one of the signs. being tired, nauseated, pale in the face, going to the bathroom alot. there is so many of them and everyone is different. i had no signs at all both times i was pregnant!

The skin around your nipples turns a dark color.. Your clique turns a medium purple. You have to pee like crazy.. Cramps around the time you should have your period.. Lighter blood.. like if you get a paper cut it should be lighter blood.. Want to go to bed all the time.. weaker body.. those are the signs i had!

morning sick ness but not everyone gets morning sickness and is nt always in the morning it can be at any time.
another would be maybe lower back pain.
--having to go to the bathroom alot more
--- nausea
--- and of course sore breast. which you already have.

if you are a whole month late and have sore boobs you really need to take a test.
If its negative and your period still doesnt come you need to see your dr and get them to do a blood test. Good luck!

QUEEZY FEELINGS WHEN U WAKE UP OR HAVE NOT EATEN IN A WHILE. THERE MAY BE TIMES WHEN U ARE JUST SO TIRED U CANT KEEP UR EYES OPEN. GENERALLY I USUALLY FELT KIND OF OUT OF IT OR JUST NOT CLEAR MINDED. IRRITATED SORE NIPPLES EXUASTED
