It is about a guy (business man in a suit and tie) who looses it one day. He has a very bad day: I think he looses his job and several other negative things happen. It is very hot out and traffic is bad. He gets a gun (I don't know if he already had it or what), climbs up a hill, and starts thinking about killing people. I think it is either set in the 70's or actually made in the 70's. Thanks in advance

Hmmmmm, not sure this is the one you are thinking of.
Early 90's movie called "Falling Down" starring Michael Douglas. He was a defense worker, wore a suit & tie, got laid off, got stuck in a horrible traffic jam, gets a gun, etc...
The only thing that doesn't match is the movie isn't from the 70s. But maybe it was set in the 70s -- that part I don't remember.

I think your talking about Falling Down. It's not in the 70s but everything else you mention happens in that movie. Great movie.
