More than likely 24 laps, as 1 mile is 4 laps, but whatever you do, don't run all 6 miles in the same direction, switch directions every mile, this prevents one side of your body from being too stressed from the amount of turning you will be doing.

Depends on the size of the track. Usually 4 times around = 1 mile, so 4x6=24

a high school tracks are usually the same 6 laps is a mile and a half so 13 laps are 3 miles...good luck I have a hard enough time doing 6 laps hahaha

hey!! well, i run too!!im in xc and track and field. 4 times around the track equals 1 mile...so....if u want to run 6 miles u have to run 24 times around the track.
