get the special characters like hearts and stars to show up in your name? how do you get them to stay?

To make hearts press and hold the Alt key on your keyboard and then press the 3 on the right side of your keyboard. Make sure the numbers are locked. Alt plus the numbers 1 through 9 make different characters. You can also use the character map on your computer to make hundreds of characters. Here are some examples: ♥ ♣ ♠ ♦☺ ☼ ♀ ♂ ♪ ♫ Ω ¶ ☻ ₤ @ ? ™ ® ¶ ã Ö ˆ ç à ò ¿ ½ ۞ ۝ ۩ † ☼ ◊ گڬڑڞڶڥٸطڿۓڝڿ ♫ Ω▲►▼◄ † ƒ ☼

To get the Character Map:

Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Character Map. If it isn't listed in System Tools follow the directions below.

Click start, then run, and type in charmap.exe
Highlight the character you want, click Select, and it will show the keystrokes to make the character at the bottom. You can use the keystrokes to make the character or left click Copy and then go to where you want it displayed and right click and click Paste. You can put several characters in the box at one time and then copy all of them at once.
