Why don't you take up an exercise routine and maybe start walking around the neighbourhood. Not only would you be getting exercise but you may met other women who are also homemakers and befriend them. Or you could do some volunteer work. Not only would this occupy some time you have but it would help out the charity your volunteering for as well as make you feel like your making a difference to the community and perhaps another persons life. Good luck, it's so easy to get your head stuck in the idiot box or on computer now-a-days.

honey, we are in the same boat. the difference is I stay active by doing housework . and I only have 1 friend. you need to find a hobby. reading a good book does wonders for the mind. especially if it is a self help book. " being my own best Friend" try it.
