Is it possible to miss a whole period of have maybe a one-day period if you had skipped 2 pills that month. I called to speak with an advice nurse yesterday because I have never really had no period before and she was no help. All she said was "I think you'll be fine".

Did you skip two in a row? Or just on different days. Did you take two pills the day after you skipped? During what week did this occur. Skipping any dosage can increase your risk of pregnacy. Take a home pregnacy test. Advice: Don't skip pills.

Well it depends..If you get your period every month and this month you skipped two pills, and your not getting it...If you are sexually active, there could be a chance that you are pregnant. I wouldn't know cause I am on the shot which works great. I think that if you don't want to get pregnant, you should try going on the deprovera shot so you don't have to worry. You get the shot every 3 months instead of taking a pill everyday. Take a test and make sure your not. If your not, don't worry about it. Just try to remember to take it everyday. Try to set a time for each day when you are able to remember taking your pill. Then you don't have to worry..

The levels of hormones in your blood shouldn't drop enough to cause you to get pregnant if you only missed two pills. As for not having a period, sometimes if you've been on the pill a while it will reduce bleeding to almost nothing monthly. The best advice I can give is to get a pregnancy test or go have a serum pregnancy test (blood drawn) for absolute certainty. Try not to skip pills, take them as soon as you remember! Good luck!!
