You know you get scars that will NEVER dissappear if you squeeze, and the potential beauty that you have now can NEVER be recovered if you continue on like this.
Hope thats enough motivation ;)

You need to get on a good antibiotic to decrease the number of whiteheads and blackheads that you get. I'm not sure what they are using these days, but you need to take some drastic action. You'll have a hard time in school and with others in social situations if you do this in public or in front of people without thinking. It's definitely not an attractive trait and you can cause scars that will last the rest of your life. You can lessen the effect of acne by cutting down on greasy fatty foods and not eating to many things that can aggravate acne like too much chocolate and dairy products. Drink lots of water, that will help. Start taking a good multivitamin. I found the EcoQuest Vitamins were awesome for my hair skin and nails. Most over the counter vitamins won't help. You also need to eat more fruits and veggies as well and try to stick more with whole grains. These tips will help your entire body -not just your skin. Another thing that you can do is to every morning inspect your skin for trouble spots like whiteheads, blackheads and pustules which are the worst. It's okay to get the stuff out of the pore - that can actually be a good thing to do if your acne is severe - it can help dry things out and promote healing, but you should get a special tool from your doctor, not just picking your skin with your fingers which spreads the acne if you're not doing this in a very sanitized way. If you do your special acne treatmens at night - that can give your skin time to revitalize and heal so that during the day - the temptation is not as much of an issue. I've heard that ProActiv has helped friends of mine. It didn't do much for me but my acne is not that serious - more sporadic and based on hormones and dietary choices. Some doctors recommend the pill that can help acne but I wouldn't recommend messing with your hormones because you don't know how you could be affecting your fertility, cause migraines or other side effects or how it could put you at risk for certain types of cancer long term. When I have a flare up, I find that taking an aspirin which is salicyclic acid can help decrease the appearance of the redness and swelling and decrease the amount of pus - aspirin tends to thin the blood a bit which decreases the swelling.

Honestly, it is ok to pop pimples. But, it has to be done the right way. Wait until they have the white tip on them. This will help you from breaking capillaries. When you do go to pop them wash your hands, and use a tissue around your finger. Another good thing to use is a bobby pin. Make sure that you wash it first though. When you pop your zit, just pop enough so that you get all the gross white stuff out. DO NOT make it bleed. That is the worst thing that you can do, it is what causes scars.
Also, make sure that you are using a good cleanser, mousterizer and acne treatment. If you are a teenager, Mary Kay has a great line called Velocity for younger skin. They also have an amazing acne treatment gel, that gets ride of pimples overnight! Using the right skin care routine is essential to preventing breakouts!

if you cant by yourserf even me rather but i think this information can help.........
It’s everyone’s worst nightmare. Waking up the day before a special event to discover a big, red pimple baring itself for all to see right on your face!
Here’s how to get rid of it quickly and safely:
1. Don’t ever pinch, squeeze or pick at a pimple. This only causes it to become more red and inflamed, and will spread the bacteria and oils that caused it in the first place, to other parts of your face! It can also lead to scars.
2. Every 30 minutes, apply an ice pack to the pimple and hold it there for about 2 minutes. This will decrease the swelling and redness and help shrink the inflammation and pain that sometimes comes along with it.
3. They don’t call it concealer for nothing! Covering the pimple with a light dose of flesh-tinted concealer can help mask it when you’re in a hurry. It also helps cover up that oily shine.
4. Cleanse your skin 2-3 times a day with mild, unscented soap or a specialized acne cleanser that has no harsh chemicals (such as lye). Scrub skin gently with an exfoliating pad or washcloth, but don’t rub too hard, otherwise you’ll sap your skin of its own natural oils, which help to repel buildup naturally.
5. Apply a cream or ointment containing benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid (many over-the-counter acne medicines contain these ingredients) to the blemish or around the entire facial area. Note that these ingredients both have a tendency to dry out skin if used too much and are not recommended if you have sensitive skin.
6. Wear oil-free makeup whenever possible. These types have less of a tendency to cause the pore buildup that results in blemishes. Remove your makeup nightly and cleanse with an acne-fighting medicine to remove dirt, oil and makeup from deep within the skin.
7. If you’re in need of a quick fix, a dab of toothpaste on the affected area right before bed can help soothe irritation and reduce redness. Pressing and holding a wet tea bag or a cotton ball with a dab of lemon juice against the blemish for five minutes can also reduce swelling and redness.
If you follow these tips, chances are you’ll notice a significant difference rather quickly – often within a day or two. If pimples become a recurring problem or worsen, your doctor or dermatologist can suggest a daily skin cleansing routine that will suit your skin type. Other long-term remedies, such as facial masks, diet adjustments and increasing the amount of water you drink can also help combat outbreaks.

If you feel like you can't stop, it could be a disorder which causes people to pick at their skin. If you don't feel compelled but just hate the look of a whitehead, then try updating your skincare regime. Use a cleanser and astringent twice daily, plus use a pimple cream with saliytic acid in it. Also it's good to use a face mask twice a week. If you must pop it, instead of squeezing it (that makes it more inflammed and looks SO bad) try barely pricking it with a needle and letting the pus ooze out. Always use kleenex to wipe the pus or you will just spread the pimples around! Good luck! :)

Just imagine your face with really dark spots on it in about 5 years or so and ask yourself would you be able to deal with that? If you are a teen, pimples are temporary. If I were you, I'd go get a face wash that would help with the flares so that way you wont have the urge to pick because you know that the medicine is taking care of the problem.

Hi Sayuri, I am a Beauty Therapist, what I have advised clients that are addicted is think of the time when age creeps up and you have a ton of scars due to POPPING.Every time you go to pop, attemp doing something pleasant for your skin, like giving your face a really lovely massage, or tweezing your brow, or maybe a mini facial. This theory usually works as it distracts your thoughts/urges to pop, And what a nicer way to present your face to yourself and every one else.

Everytime you want to squeeze a pimple, think of how bad you will look in 10 years, with all of the scars you will leave yourself.

my cousin had the same prob and the doctor put her on medicine for it.something to clear up your skin would be velocity by mary kay and the acne treating gel that mary kay makes.another trick is to hold an ice cube on your zits for 10-20 seconds every night and they'll shrink.it really works.especially if you've popped the zit like 6times and it stays there.
