Floyd could probably pass a polygraph at this point he has so convinced himself he has done nothing wrong. He did something he thought he could pull off that he got caught. EPO and endurance athletes is nothing new. I am thrilled to see testing that can detect this sort of mild substance and hope these guys realize the dramatic effects it will have on their lives.

A Lie is a Lie no matter how big or how small, or how many times it's said. Just because u say the sky is green does not change the fact the sky is really blue.

Yes, I have even come up with a name for it; "The Barabara Streisand Effect". Allow me to explain; Barbara Streisand is or was not ever a beautiful woman, and yet she has a reputation for being precisley that just because her PR people or whoever has said it over and over again.

Flagrant lies only need a few repititions to get a foothold; opinion it seems could be regarded as a conditioned response...

No. in case you lie approximately something long and customarily adequate, and with adequate pseudo-sincerity and exuberance, you will in many cases convince different those that what you assert is genuine (remember the infamous "weapons of mass destruction" deception?). yet, like the previous answerer opined, it won't make what you assert any greater true.

It doesn't become morally truthful, but the person telling the lie eventually starts to believe it himself so it's only the truth to him.

Telling the same lie over and over can get you into deep chit. A lie is a lie no matter what.

No. If you say you don't exist enough times, will it make you disappear? A lie is a lie and a fact is a fact, no matter what.

Ask the Democrats. They keep promising equality in our society and all they seem to produce is people that are dependent on the government.

maybe to the person telling the lie it's the truth because they told it so much they convinced them self it's the truth.
