I read somewhere that if your hair is greasy you can put dry oatmeal in your hair and then comb it out and the oily look is gone or greatly reduced at least.

Lemon juice can be put on hair to lighten it,if you apply before you go out in the sun its as good as highlights.
And natural yougart,oats and cucumber for face packs.
Tea Bags(although not a food) for puffy eyes.
Beer to condition hair.(but rinse properly or you will smell like a brewery)

Elbow bleaching- you cut a lemon in half and sit with your elbows in each half. I don't know how you can have your elbows bleached, but you asked.
