Apparently the plot involves saying something three times and some black man comes and kills you. I am assuming that it is a horror film.
My best guess was beetle juice which was taken as a joke answer.

Candyman for sure, but the trick of it is to say it into a mirror three times, then the blackman with the hook hand will kill you. Was a bit terrifying to watch as a kid.

The only horror film that can scary me you say his name 3 times in to the mirror and he come out with his hook and opens his coat and all these bees come out and if he don't kill you the bees do is the plot Nasty stuff

bet you've guessed the film by now...candyman!
the black guy is tony todd and you've maybe seen him in final destination 1&2 as the bloke in the morgue/crematorium.
and he was also in night of the living dead, among loads of other horror films.

Candy Man - nearly pooed myself after watching it once because my mate was chasing me round the house with a mirror shouting Candy Man in to it. Was scared senseless but in retrospect, the film isn't that scary.
