Full moons, does not matter what the day or time of year full moos always equal trouble. At my work on full moons we always seem to get more calls, get weird calls and be much bussier than normal.

Well.....I wont call it my belief falls under the definition of "superstitions".....but instead I would like to call it as my inner feelings. For example, I do like blooming red roses....and the city garden is so near to my home....and whenever I wish to start a new job, a new adventure or a new study, I do pay a visit in early morning to this very garden and see the lovely delicate blooming of a red rose.....this gives me tremendous amount of lovely and energetic feeling.....the oneness....the acute experience of worldy good things....and above all an inspiration to do something really good......I see the red rose...and some peculiar kind of energy pushes me to go ahead and as if says, start the task you decided for. Well, if you wish you are free to call this superstition....but its what I feel.

do no walk under an open ladder, was told by a carpenter that an open ladder makes a triangle and represents the Holy Trinity and by walking under it it breaks the triangle. I was told once that it was bad luck to put your purse on the floor, it will cause you to not have money...I haven't put my purse on the floor for the past 10 years....I have money, but don't want to risk it. I actually own a black cat and love her, so that is not one for me...hope those help.

I only believe in superstitions for fun, I don't take them seriously. The one that says: "When a cat licks itself in the doorway, company is due" works for me though.
