Yeah it is getting way too ridiculous. So what are you going to have to go naked next. They are just being paranoid. They caught the guys so obviously things were working, why make it worse. People who say don't travel are ignorant morons. I have to travel quite a bit so now, what I can't take my tooth brush. I also have a medical condition where I get dehydrated easily and plane are especially bad. I always take my own water and now I heard they aren't letting people bring their own drinks on!

They are letting the terrorists win by doing this. I would rather live free and die free personally. Not be a prisoner of paranoia.

Your right its a conspiracy started by Mary Kay, Avon, and Mabeline to force women to buy new makeup every time they take a flight to boost there earnings. Its amazing how much power cosmetic companies have nowadays.

Moron, bombs don't only look like a bowling ball with a fuse sticking out of it. They use explosives which are more difficult to find (liquids, plastic). Remember the shoe bomber??? These things exist and sticking your head in the sand, doesn't make them go away. So better safe than sorry, put your makeup in a bag and check it with the rest of your luggage before getting on the plane. Its not that big of a request.

I also dont like my freedom being affected by what is happening in the world today. However not making subtle changes in the way we live could prove to be fool hardy. But we need to be very careful about the things we change, after all what makes this country the greatest in the world is that we are a free people!!

Let me guess, do you seriously believe the hype and stupid rumors of what people are saying about the connection of yesterdays events and the release of the 9/11 movie? Don't be naive, Do you seriously think that those airlines would let a terrorist blow up their planes, and go bankrupt just for a release of a movie????????????

Now if you have valid and viable proof, and not just a statement, then I would be willing to listen, and I just might come around to your way of thinking. But until I see PROOF, I have to see things how they really are.

They are doing this for our safety. I know it can seem horrible at the time, but what if someone had a deadly chemical in a perfume bottle or foundation bottle and no one caught it??? We live in dangerous times, and people need to stop and think about more than just themselves or their make-up. Until all of this is over, security at all major airports, sporting events, and probably even concerts will be high. I feel safer knowing that security is tight, and people are now paying attention to whats going on. Do you want another 9/11? Because if these precautions are not taken, we will. Think about it.

after I first flew, there have been drowsing berths on the planes, luxury, gentle chairs dealing with one yet another with a tremendous table in between, complimentary champagne and that i have been given to pass as a lot because the cockpit and meet the pilots. each and every thing has replaced and maintains to regulate, and could possibly worsen previously it ever receives extra effective. it is an overpopulated international that faces many international stressful circumstances. we favor to get it jointly.

Well, it's a security measure that needs to be taken in order to keep us all safe, but somehow Al-Quida might be gaining minor victories. By forcing us to reduce the # of things we bring on a flight, less people will fly. This will make us evn closer to becomig a third world-like country. However, I fully support the new traveling security, and I don't plan to fly less
