Honesty though, why do you want to be popular? You would waste much of your time talking to people you dont like and end up losing the friends who care about you. Trust me, this has happened to me. If you still are interested in wasting your time then (by becoming popular) then the fastest way is to get into the most popular group (at the risk of losing your friends).

First of all why do you want to be popular? Is is because you want alot of people to notice you? Being popular may sound great but its got its down sides. You have to be yourself. If you are yourself and you're not popular then don't pretend to be someone who you're not.
You have to be sociable, get yourself noticed by people. Be yourself. There are people who fake who they are and become popular but there are others that are themselves are become popular. If you are yourself and are not popular then just stick with the good friends who do have. It's stupid to want to be popular because you either are or you aren't.

who said that the new "unpopular" cliques aren't popular. I was part of a popular clique... but I felt that I didn't belong their... so I kinda dirfted off into were my other "unpopular" friends are. Just because you feel that you have to be popular it doesn't make you want to leave your friends... does it??? Cause what if everything turns out wrong?!?!? Then you're screwed!!!!!!

It comes naturally actually. Be yourself, provided you know how to keep friends. Your main focus should be school in any case. Remember the company you keep defines who you are.

I judge popularity by the number of people who know who you are, respect you, and enjoy being around you. So try being outgoing in kind, that won't lead you anywhere bad.
