Not sure what country you are in -- since you spelled the word labour instead of labor, you might not be in the USA.
Here in the USA, most of us are employees at will. In other words, we don't have employment contracts. So we can be fired for no reason at all. All an employer has to tell us is that our service is no longer required.
But, we cannot be harassed, discriminated against, subject to work in a hostile environment, etc....

Unless you have a contract, you can be fired for any reason the employer deems necessary.
It seems to me, however, there is a deeper problem here and, since you mention it specifically, his poor english may have something to do with it.
If I were you, I think I'd find another job... and Good Luck

Why don't you work for your self and forget all of the other stuff you have to put up with? There are some great opportunities out there to work from home and make a substancial income from your own home. I work from home and love it it affords me freedoms I would not otherwise have. Would be happy to show you what I am doing and how it could benift your life if you were interested. Email me at birddawg@myway.com to find out more

Dude-just leave the job. If you must stay, ask him why he insists on putting you down so much and ask him if he can start being more professional in the way he critiques you.
He must have a valid reason for firing you, but it's easy for him to write in your paperwork after you've left. I doubt you could really do much.

I had and employer like that. I found out that he did that to other employees to make them quit so he would not have to fire them. In the US, if you're fired you can file for unemployment and it costs the employer who fired you money. By being rude and treating you badly he's probably hoping you'll quit so you will not be eligible for unemployment.

No, an employer does not need to state reason to why he/she fires you. They can just fire you on the spot and don't need to explain why. If you are not happy at your job just move on to another. Start looking right away.

I would keep a daily log of what goes on at this job site - then when he does fire you or you get filled up with all his attitudes - then you have something to go to court with - you need documentation or else it is your word against his - and you know you they will believe!@

If he doens't speak English well... Use a lot of Englsih expressions! It would be funny and he would be scared to listen to you and he will not tell you anything else... But stay polite

Dear to whom it may concern,
he cannot fire you unless you say something that you may regret. try to make friends with him, ask if you could talk to him and tell him what's on your mind. ok? it's the only thing I could tell you.
P.S. good luck.
