Firstly don't panic. There are many reasons why this could be happening. Stress for one. If outside issues are stressing you out it may take a little more foreplay for you to relax and get into the spirit of things in bed.
The worst thing about stress is that now that you've started to worry about this, it'll be that much more difficult to let it go and enjoy. You need to slow your mind down. Women need to be aroused emotionally and mentally as well as physically.
Sounds to me that your husband does a good job emotionally, maybe some talk before hand? Something to ease your mind, I don't know. I'm no counselor but maybe one could help if it's stress.
Have you talked to your doctor about this? It could also be an imbalance of some kind, hormones, nutrient, electrolyte...there are many possible reasons.
I'm kind of leaning towards stress but I'm no doctor either. You should see a competent doctor and explain this.

hey
this is common and simple- relationships get old! that is why we married people should DATE! I am also married and know this for a fact, go on dates, make it a monthly thing, if the money is tight, if it isnt make it every week--hell even if the money is tight, have a pic nic! you merely have a disconection, but what is great about being married is it isnt hard to reconnect, because he lives with you! have faith, you and he have just gotten bogged down in routine in life, and need some time together to get back that special love! Just take some time--it will come back!
Have Faith, Rayjenne

I have felt the same way. When we first got together it would take nothing to get me going. But now since we have been together for so long and married for a few yearsit takes more. Sometimes trying new stuff, like being kinky, sexy cloths, risky paces.
I think when you frist meet and are getting to know each other everything is so amazing and new but then when the initial madly in love spark dies and you can describe every square inch of your partners body when they are not even there, then you have to try new things because you are familiar.
Thats the way it was for us, but we just used the familiarity to our advantage.

If you are into taking alternative medicine or whatever it is called, try taking ginseng damiana, it is an herb and you can get it pretty much anywhere. I know at walmart they have a little book by the herbs telling you what each is used for and this ginseng damiana helps you with this type of problem. Also like if you are never in the mood, it helps with that...i don't know how else to say it!

It is probably just a phase your body is going through and it will pass. I know some older friends of mine say when women hit 30 that the hormones really kick in. They call it the dirty 30's! lol I am also 28 but am so ready to see if the 30's thing is true. lol
