No, because insects breathe through holes in their skin, not by using lungs. They can only reach a certain size, any bigger than that and the oxygen can't reach the insides of their bodies.
I think the biggest insects ever were dragonflies with a 6" wingspan; they had long narrow bodies. Ants couldn't even get that big.
Unless they developed lungs or gills....

Technically, the answer is actually, possibly yes!
The biggest insects back in the day (of dinosaurs) were HUGE. As an example, apparently some centipedes were about 5' long, other insects even bigger. Of course it was a lot warmer then and the oxygen level at the time was up around 40%, as opposed to around 18.5% of today.
So, IF the oxygen level spiralled out of control (without igniting the atmosphere in the first lightning storm) and IF ants evolved much better respiration systems and IF they also evolved some internal bouyancy organs to balanced their body/limbs mass ration, then yes, maybe. Lot of IF's mind!
Of course, we'd have died out countless millions of years before hand so we'd miss studying how the heck a bug that vast count feed it's colony. Imagine the anthills. Meep!
Unless you are talking the film studios love of radioactive gigantic insects, in which case, not a chance, nope. I read somewhere that the effect of gravity would crush/implode them - notwithstanding them suffocating first.
