I have a Cyber-Sound MP4/AMV/REC/FM player bought in Tenerife and the installation disc provided wont play?

I'm drawing a blank on Google, so it's probably a re branded product.

(Is there a model Number or anything?)

If you are running XP you might just be able to copy files onto it as if it's a Portable Hard drive through your File Manager - Explorer.

Otherwise try it someone elses cd drive just in case it's a dodgy read.
