You are a non conformist or free thinker.. Try Buddhism .. you do not need to follow any rules and you can make your own Buddhism that suits you.. Buddha says not to believe in anything that you do not accept..
All religions give you good traditional values so keep the one you are born to but avoid being forced to and take what you believe only..

Agnostic is the term most often used for those who sit on the fence, pondering which way to jump.
There are dangers in agnosticism. Synonyms would include unlearned and unprepared, as well as unwise, unthankful and unreasonable.
The Bible tells us 'come, and let us reason together.' One of the best ways to understand is through information; educate yourself on the science of the Bible. I've found 'Answers In Genesis' at http://www.answersingenesis.org/ to be an outstanding resource. It has never been enough for me to know that something 'works;' I have to know WHY it works the way it does, and I suspect you feel the same. Why not delve into the science?
Also, on my Statement of Faith on my Geocities webpage, I list all the reasons supporting my belief. Those might be helpful in understanding.
Also, Ten Reasons To Believe has 10 reasons to help understand belief in the Bible, in Jesus, in God and in Faith.

Religion is a man-made construct, an attempt to understand the unknowable, a safety blanket of meta-physical proportioins. St. Anselm is a favourite example of this--big church guy but had a time trying to define what/who God is. Came up with "That which no greater can be conceived," in the end. He's got some pretty good thoughts, both secular and religious on the subject. And as for the name, try human.

yes. actually the term is an agnostic. a person who believes that nothing can be known about God about the existence or nature of God. But ironically, the fact that you believe in a God albeit one not found in "religions", it in itself debunks the theory that "nothing can be known of the existence of God" since by being agnostic you acknowledge that something can be known of the existence of God(wherever you have derived this knowledge from), that he actually exists.

Human. By nature you are a free will thinking entity. You are under no obligation to live up to any religious claims or practices. You are only to be yourself, and the best 'you', you can be.
I believe that if God is really aware of our existence then what more could He possibly expect?

Does there have to be name for 'what you are?'
Labels have a way of changing things. They tend to alter other's perception of you.
If you are happy and comfortable with your own beliefs (or lack thereof,) why not just be 'you?'
I'm in a similar mindset, and I've found comfort in not labeling what I feel or believe...I just like being who I am. If you're a good person, just be comfortable with that.

Atheism is a belief in no god or higher power. If you feel your belief system must be defined then I think perhaps it would be agnosticism.
