Try an estrogen patch. Works wonders for me, along with many other discomforts such as dryness, sleeplessness, general aches and pains, lowers blood pressure, too. Go in for a check up, you may have low estrogen.

This is what I do , always keep a little water spray bottle next to your bed and if the heat gets unbearable have a little spray, don,t worry about the covers getting wet cos they'll dry quick if it's hot.

Well, what i did was got a little spary bottle and filled it with water, turned the fan on, and when i got hot, sprayed it on myslef. The fan then blows the water, making you feel less hot in bed.

Use a fan with a bowl of ice water placed in front of it, if you don't have an air cooler.

If you wet a flannel with ice cold water and then place it on the back of your neck, forehead etc then you should cool down.

dont cover urself wit the conforter just use the sheet and if that still doesnt work take the sheet off and if ur still hot start taking off ur clothes
