A challenging position as an Assistant Manager with Thomas Concrete, that will give the oppportunity to grow with the company. Using this opportunity to learn and teach as a team member and also show the embedded strong capability of serving what the position requires and more.

No, first off you do not say the company name you are applying for in your objective. Here is what I would say:
To secure a challenging position, which will give me the opportunity to grow with the company, apply my abilities to work as a team member as well as expand my knowledge.
