What you can do is go back to school and get your bachelor's. Trust me. I've got an associates in business. I'm a secretary because everyone wants a 4-year degree (hell, for a secretary these days, a lot of people want 2-year degrees). I'm furthing my education right now (helps that a good portion of my credits from the community college transferred).

Not a whole lot unless you know someone who can help out.
So assuming you don't know anyone who can help, look out for jobs that offer entry level positions in:
Purchasing (buyer's assistant)
Administrative assistant aka secretary
Teller in a bank
Real estate administration in a broker's office
Inventory control clerk
Shipping and receiving clerk
Retail positions such in credit offices
There are more but this should give you a good flavor.
Best advice is don't stop with school while you are still young. Get that BS degree! You won't be sorry.

Go back to school for your bachelors degree. You are still young enough. Go for a finance degree though. Then you have business mgmt and a finance degree. That should get you into a lot of places. Right now have you tried banks? Once you get into them you can move around and get better positions.

You can go back to school and get you bachelors degree. An associates is a nice start, but it's only going to hold you back. In our current market a major focus is put on a bachelors degree. Companies don't care if you have a BS in basket weaving as long as you have the degree. Go back to school it will get you so much further in life.

You can do whatever you really want to do! I have an associates in Business Administration and became the president of a 50 million dollar company with 300 employees.
The Degree itself is not what makes success.
Bill Gates was a college dropout, for example.
Set your sights high....as the saying goes "if you aim at nothing, you will definitely hit it"
Good luck

You can't do much with a A.S. these days. I'd at least continue with my education and obtain a higher degree. You can always do this 'online'.

Office Manager.
It might depend on what other classes you took, like some accounting. You could start out as accounting assistant.
