Many many factors determine how much you will pay for a cell phone, or a PDA/phone in this case. The service provider, any rebates, how long the contract, etc. etc.

I wouldn't know the cost, my company paid for it. I hardly get the chance to use it unless I go on travel though due to the nature of my work.
In my opinion, it is something I could live without.

$250-about $500 with a tmobile blackberry, i'm not sure if any other carriers have them but try www.tmobile.com
