You are so correct. As we sit back and bash each others affiliations, our government is allowed to continue their status quo of inaction and self gain.
We should be on here discussing issues that affect us as Americans. This could be a forum to unite us and do the one thing our leaders can not do....be productive.

Bashing parties for the sake of bashing the other party is stupid. It is exemplified from the left when blaming Bush for everything from Katrina to planning the 9/11 attack to Haliburton. Trying to debate an issue would be constructive but there again it is problematic when you have people like Kerry voting for the war before he votes against it. We can not debate something to a point, take a vote then change our support when public opinion changes. The left continually stands on a plan of contradicting ANYTHING from the right. That is there whole plan. This is very fertile ground for party bashing no plan, what else is left but bashing? Example: "Bush is an idiot!" ask the liberal, "Why?" Answer: "Iraq war" conservative: "Bush had majority support from the Democrats for the war" Liberal "Bush lied" Conservative: "Kerry was on the intelligence committee and missed 75% of the meetings" Liberal: "Bush is stupid!"
Logic is quickly abandoned for bashing. It is very tiresome.

Without using labels or parties that are like curse words depending on your point of view, people are the most precious resource in the US or any country. We should do everything possible to nurture and utilize that resource? Education and welfare should be the top priorities. People are better workers when they are working, educated and happy. Making a lot of rich people and big business does not make us strong if the little guy doesn't feel he is a part of it. People can feel good about doing the lowest job if they are paid well and appreciated. This school could not operate without the great work I do as the janitor. We are in trouble here! We can all help by driving slower and organizing neighborhood watches to make sure your neighbor is not making bombs. Common sense.

Do cons ever ask actual questions that could desire to be resolved by using debate? Or, do they only cover Obama bashing as questions? at the same time with: isn't Obama the worst President ever? are you able to believe how stupid Obama is? And, now Does Obama ever tell the fact? further, you will be able to desire to work out questions approximately Bush with the comparable effect: replaced into Bush the worst President in background? Why did Bush lie plenty? My factor is that it extremely isn't any longer a actual question. it extremely is a rant. destroy it right down to smaller factors, cite examples of individual subject concerns and initiate up a debate. as an occasion, you will be able to desire to declare: the day basically before this, Obama mentioned X approximately concern Y. yet, then he did something else. What replaced into his motivation? without making a factor, your question is senseless. Sorry.

What you call "bashing" is the voice of decent. It can not be silenced. Many have died to protect our way of life in America and to say "America love it or leave it" spits on the graves of those who have died" for our freedoms. I for one will not be silent.
What we have now is the birth pangs of the new voice of the people, the rise of new rights for all Americans. The rise of peace and freedom from war. The fall of the rule of Government by the wealthy and the corporations.
read the new polls, incumbents are toast in every state.
On Wednesday, Cheney gave his assessment of anti-war challenger Ned Lamont's Democratic primary win over Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman, an Iraq war supporter.
The vice president suggested that Lamont's victory might encourage "the al-Qaida types" who want to "break the will of the American people in terms of our ability to stay in the fight and complete the task."
He portrayed the Democratic Party as preferring that the United States "retreat behind our oceans and not be actively engaged in this conflict and be safe here at home."
Reid took issue with the vice president's comments, saying, "This situation isn't going well and anyone that suggests that the people of Connecticut are somehow supporting terrorists, I don't think that's credible and that's what Cheney suggested."

I wish there was no reason to bash the Republicans. The world would be a better place.
Let's make fun of Clinton's sex life instead. It's more relevant to a Republican than all the dead Americans in Iraq.
I'm independent so I can bash Republicans and laugh at Democrats. But I'm crying for what has become of America.
Land of the free.Home of the repressed.
The constitution is inconvenient for the President so he ignores it. But he wants to amend it to deny rights to gays and protesters. It's a sad situation.

Well, it is a shame more Germans did not bash the Nazi party, isn't it? No political party should get a free ride. When no one can criticize a political party, then all parties are just the same party only with a different name.

Yeah, honestly it's kind of sickly humorous what's going on in america right now. I don't consider myself a democrat or a republican, honestly I think both sides are being stupid. What's the point of "freedom" if half our country stereotypes and hates the other half?
I'm tired of people being stupid and can't wait until we're ready to settle our difference and actually work towards real progress.

I try to be just straight forward, but honest....and I do not succeed all the time....but I just tried to give the Dems the chance to show they are smart, and have a plan, but they have not shown one..... it is sad, I am an independent, and I would love to see a better response from both parties.....

God forbid that should happen again. People just love drama and thats why we cant get along. Do they need another 9-11 to happen again for everyone to get along? That was the only time everyone put their differences asideand really helped one another. It didnt matter what party or race or religon you believed in. It was nice to see people caring for one another. Where the hell is the love? Stop this crap already cause i cant take it.
