try Invitro fertilization
that way the eggs and the sperm have fertilized and they can place it in the tube you do have
so it has a higher chance of getting to your uterus
they also implant 3-4 eggs at a time so you have an even higher probability

I would use those exercise stomach pad machines to help circulation in the womb to therefore help fertility... (or walk 7 miles in one go per week this will help circulation in the womb) Its difficult to exercise the womb area so I think these little round exercise pads you place on your stomach with gell will help circulation in those area... and get things to move around a bit better as I believe circulation in the wound area can get a bit stuck...
thats my opinion any way.. also use organic cider vinegar "with mother" to neutralise free radicals in the whole body... one teaspoon to 4 parts of water after each meal.

I WOULD STOP TRYING FOR AWHILE AND SEEK OUT MY OB/GYN AND TALK TO HIM/HER AND SEE IF HE CAN DIRECT YOU TO A FERTILITY EXPERT. AND GET SOME QUESTIONS ANSWERED TO AS WHY YOU ARE HAVING SUCH DIFFICULTY IN GOING FULL TERM WITH YOUR PREGNANCIES,JUST SEEMS LIKE SOMETHING ISN'T QUITE RIGHT IN YOUR FEMALE AREA
