i plucked my eyebrows too small and my parents didnt notice YET. how long does it take for the eyebro hair to grow back?

A few weeks or months. Until then use eyebrow pencils if it looks too thin and small

Honey this is Dad. We did notice but are too polite to say anything. Remember that plucked hair grows back. We're happy that you are taking care of your appearance and want to look good.
Its the same reason that I pluck my eyebrow. Now you wouldn't like me to go round with a mono-brow would you.
While were in the mood for honesty, I also pluck the unsightly hairs out of my nose and ears. So if for some stupid reason I get round to criticising you for the way you have plucked you're eyebrows please feel free to remind me that there is actually no difference at all between you have done and what your mother and I have been doing for years. It's alright, you just need practice. Wait a week or two for them to grow back, and try again. Don't worry, people mess up on their eyebrows all the time.

It'd take quite a while, a few weeks at least. Use an eyebrow filler to fill in the.. umm, gaps. ((;

Well, they will start growing in and you wll be able to tell in about a week, but it could take up to a month before they are "normal'. I think they will have noticed by then.....
