I need to know who owns the property beside my house so I can buy it

Otherwise you need to go to your county tax assessor to find it in public records.

Go to your local property appraisers office and they can tell you who owns the property. It's on their plats. However, they may not give you the address of the owner, so be prepared to track them down.

Real estate is public record. I am sure you could find that information out online through the specific county's websites.
