Does the junior high in Canada use the same textbooks?

Do students there use the same textbooks or each province can decide what they want to, like the US, each state can choose itself?

I believe that textbooks would be chosen at the school board level, and curriculum would be set at the provincial level.

Each province has its own educational standards.
