As a die-hard Mets fan, I hate the Yankees...and root for the Red Sox as often as I can. But what happened to the Sox getting swept by the ROYALS??!!! That hurts!

A key series will be coming up next weekend between the Boston and the Yankees... 5 games between them! Let's see if the Sox can dominate and pick up some ground...

Worried? No. Concerned? Yes. I know that they're not going to give up. Hey, Yankees got "swept" by the White Sox so we will just have to see what happens.

I won't stop believing in them. That's not what a TRUE fan does.

The Sox are in the midst of their annual August swoon. It's a long-standing Boston tradition to challenge all season and fade when the days get longer and the sun gets hotter.

They took a couple of years off from it, so it's actually comforting to see them resuming their place in the baseball world.

In order to worry, I'd have to care the slightest bit about the Red Sox.

What's to worry about? After living with the "curse" for 86 years, we're used to it! (And Fenway park is SRO, and has been for 6+ years. ) The Fenway Faithful will have no problem hunkering down for another 86 years, if that's what it takes.
