ask your existing customers for referrals.

word of mouth is the best form of advertising.

see if you can get working with a larger company, as their subcontractor for the installation portion of the business.

let people know what type of work you do, so that even existing home owners can know the benefits of your company. explain the benefits of your work to save them money.

good luck to you.

Service products are one of the best to merchandise, but there is also a lot of competence out there. To make it growth you have to spread the word the you are doing a great service on installation and let your custumers know that your service is of superior quality. Now, this sounds great but it will cost you money. You have to pay for promotion, radio commercilas, broshures, news papers, magazines etc. Of course, if you do that be prepare to recieve more service calls, so if you promise a quailty service you must have the adequate ammount of trained presonel to handle all calls and jobs, and that will cost you some more money. But you dont have to do this in one or 3 months. Take your time, make a marketing and promotional plan. Make sure you can do more with your current personel. To be honest, a smalls business takes 5 years to becaim competitive and 10 years to be among the bests, and still has chances to growth. Set your priorities first. Don't add any new service, be a master in what you do now. Start low key, some billboards and fliers, that will give you some extra customers. Use some local weekly news papers, they have fair prices. This will help you to gain some new customers at an easey pattern. No reason to rush these steps. Some small buisness goes big and then they have big set backs, some of them dont survive the costs of being big in a short period of time. Work smart, not hard...
