the problem is with how the legal system works here today, you would most likely go to jail for your actions even if they were right, like shooting someone because he invaded your house, you could get arrested for unnecessary violence, the solution is to fix the law and have judges that are not biased and see the truth,

HELL YES!!!! I got hit by a semi truck almost 7 years ago (and my kids were in the truck with me). The driver was over his logs books by 120 hours (truckers are only allowed to drive 70 hours a week) he was taking Ultram, Paxil, and Darvocet, and he said he didn't see us. He falsified his log books, was running more than 4 log books and those are Federal documents. The reconstructionists say he hit me and he accelerated upon impact, in other words, he hit us on purpose. THEN the judge threw out the case saying there was no conclusive evidence!!!! My son and I are permanently disabled, I have over $185,000. in medical bills and even the DOT officer tried to get a drug dog to search the truck and there was not one available and the judge threw that out as well. So if I had the money, I would definitely hire someone to hurt the driver and the judge just like was done to me and my family. What is the use of having laws if they can't protect you?

let's assume that almost all of the police stress are reliable electorate and experts. the region the police stress has is that it attracts from time to time those that are really no longer qualified from the point of view of personality and compassion for the electorate. Alleged skill breeds corruption. reliable administration could attempt to confirm about "undesirable apples" and get them out. We under no circumstances could blindly believe any device, fantastically the judicial device. The judicial device contained in the USA of a suffers from intense deficiencies as all of us can adventure and word. it truly is a cancerous decease that won't be able to be cured (without revolution!!!) because a good a lot of "our" elected politicians are both attorneys or area with a corrupted criminal device.

haha, before I clicked on your question to read the details, the first thing I started thinking I would say is "so you're going to become like the boondock saints?" Lol, that movies is AWESOME! However, you should only do it if you're going to be like them! Go after people that are truely bad, sex offenders, or anyone that harms children should be killed first!

Lawlessness is anarchy. Who decides then who will be persecuted? Who decides what laws to follow and which ones to leave out? There are always consequences of your actions. It is just not always obvious.

yes u should. when we are wrong, and the law abandons us, it is up to ourselves to seek justice.
in any way possible.
the consequences would be that we would be justified, that what was once wrong is right again, and we can sleep at night knowing we made a difference.
it is not revenge. it is justice.

I don't like police states and yes justice can fail, but I don't want ONE individual deciding what corses of action needs to be taken for certain offences.

No, you will only make things worse. Leave it up to god to right the wrong and be patient, he will answer your prayers.
