3. You're not allowed to answer questions that have been closed, withdrawn or resolved.

4. You've been flagged for abuse.

I don't think working on a Mac has anything to do with it. If your question was accepted, but you received no answers, maybe you should rethink the question.

Was it silly? Was it expressed clearly? Many times questions get ignored because of unclear wording or insufficient information.

Try to resubmit.
