For starters..I think we could make the government come up with new fuel sources that are more bio friendly. The gases and fumes we put into the ozone is what is killing this planet. People need to do even the littlest part to keep the air cleaner because Global warming is happening as we sp eak and in fact...if the scientists were allowed to be honest with the public...I believe they would tell us it is already to late to reverse what we have done! Notice the strange weather happening where this type of weather doesnt usually happen??? That is only one sign of it coming! Another is the temp. of the ocean water...major effect of the entire world. Clean it up people!!

I like the spiral fluorescent lamps that you can screw right into a table lamp socket. These use about 1/4 the power that the old incandescent bulbs use, for the same amount of light, so they save you a lot of money during their long life (about 7 YEARS). They also put out less heat, so your air conditioning bill is lower. Wal-Mart sells a GE spiral fluorescent that puts out as much light as a 150 watt bulb, great for reading. Everyone should buy these.

I asked people of Yahoo answers to name one thing they personally could do...and to try to do one of those things. However, I did not have a big response. I think the best thing we could do it try to spread the word that we do need to do something. Also, educating the public about environmental concerns should (hopefully) cause people to think about changing some of the things that they do on their own. Good luck and just keep spreading the word.....eventually people will start caring, and I hope that it is not too late.

simple things like using less fuels, less packaging, less toxic chemicals, less water........little things but they have a huge impact. the brits are the worst at poluting the environment....my neighbour never recycles, as a matter of fact, neither do most of my neighbours.

live in trees and don't wash. If we all do it, we won't get close enough to each other to have kids. Therefore humans will die out and the worlds will be saved!! hur-ra

used water - bio cleaning using bacterias - the recycled water can be use in gardening
