Open your browser, click tool, Internet Option, delete cookies, delete files and clear history.

Note: Deleteing cookies, does mean if you have any sites that you have to log into, your user name and password will be cleared an you wll have to put them back in to log in. But it is a good idea to clean out the cookies, every now and then.

This will find all the cookie folders on your system, their might be other users who also have cookies you might want to delete as well. This is also browser independant.

Start -> Find/search -> files or folders.

Search for files or folders named:
Cookies

Then you can empty out each cookies folder. The correct folders will be under each user name. Cookies look like this :
skj@92267575[2].txt

Go to Start, Search, files and folders, type in cookies, and hit search now, and ur cookies will come up and then u delete them and empty ur trash bin

from your browser -> options -> delete cookyes

or

find your temporary internet files (usualy c:\Documents and Settings\[Your Username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files if you are using iexplorer) and delete all files starting with "Cookie"

your internet browser should have a 'tools' -> 'settings' kind of menu that has that option. i'd be more specific but i don't know what browser you're using
