Hair is composed of carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulfur. It forms a protein called keratin.

Hairs are dead cells of your body - they are not made of a single molecule. That would be the same as asking "what is the molecule name of a fridge!"

However, hair grows from 'follicles' which could be the scientific name you are looking for.
