when u 2 are alone u can call him something naughty. I call my boyfriend "iepuras". In Romanian. It means little rabbit in English but in Romanian sound better. U know why?Have u ever seen 2 rabbits "making love" ? ;))))
But when with parents or friends call him by his first name. U don't want to embarrass him. And anyway is something personal that only u 2 share.
Good luck!

Does he not have a name? Use his real name and speak it nicely.
