whenever i recieve an attachment with PDF format with my mail and try to either download or save the file, the download starts work (it shows that downloading is in progress). But after the downloading is complete, every thing disappears and i cannot see the downloaded version of the file
i want to know the remedy.

Hi make sure that the pdf documents are not protected. There's a security feature in the document sent by the sender for the document not to be saved. Check back with the sender or check with the systems administrator.
