for me....easy again. Steven Ericksson's 'The malazan book of the fallen'. he is still writing the series so get an awesome cast and put out a film every year for the next 10 years. If not this series, than the 'fionavar tapestry' series rocks. No one gets into his characters heads like Ericksson and his fantasy world are fully realized through cultural identity and physical presence. Plus, i have to see a K'chain ch'elle on the live screne. Let Peter Jackson direct and give 'the elf dude from rings' star in it. The guy is wicked with a bow.

I would like to see the first two books of "The Sword of Shanara" and the trilogy of "Thomas Covenant: White Gold Wielder" I thought those were some pretty cool books. Also from the "Forgotten Realms" books, the character of a Dark Elf named....Drizzt D'uarden (not sure of the last name spelling) But I was really intrigued by this character.

Terry Brooks "Magic Kingdom" series would be awesome. Also the Crystal Singer series by Anne McCaffrey or her Dragonriders books - plenty of material for tons of films!!!

Ender's Game (which i think they are trying to make). I would love to see the battles in zero gravity. And the video game ender plays would be pretty cool to see. But those fights have some potential to look incredible.
