you can use soft scrub found anywher for the the first two answers ther r special shampoos that can make your hair shiny i would suggest a kind of shampoo out of the new herbal essenses line of did u know that if u rinse your hair in cold water it will make it shinier
revlon might b a good type for u u can find it at any eckerd drug store
