It's 'Blower's Daughter" by Damien Rice. He's really good. You might also like 'Cannonball' and 'Volcano' by him.

“I Can’t Keep My Eyes Off of You” - That lyric is in two songs I’m really digging right now. One of them is “You and Me” by Lifehouse. The other is “The Blower’s Daugher” by Damien Rice. The later one was recommended to me a few months ago, but I couldn’t find a clean copy to download so I slept on it. Then recently I saw the movie “Closer.” The movie was ****, but the song was in it and I now understand why my friend recommeded it to me in the first place.

The original artist is Hi Tide Harris but im not exactly sure of the 1 in the movie
