Yes, they are filming for the Order of the Phonix and in pre-production for the Half-Blood Prince. I got this info from IMDb which has been a great source for movie info. Phonix should be out 2007 & Prince should be out 2008 (at least that is what I see on the site.)

They are probably making all seven and the 5th one is due to be released on July 13, 2007 in the US

Yes, the next one is due out July 2007, the one after that November 2008. Dan Radcliffe will be starring in both.

They have to make a fifth movie, I am not sure when it will come out though. They are going to make 7 movies totall, because that's how many books there are. I can't wait untill it comes out, because the book was amazing!!!!!!

Yup, it's due out next spring supposedly. They will make as many movies as there are books. Now it's become a franchise in itself. Too much money will be lost to them if they don't put more movies out. It's Hollywood...greedy jerks!
