Why is it that when a person is elected to president his wife's hair looks fine before he gets elected but after he gets elected the wife's hair starts to look like a little old ladies hair? They need to keep a hip hairdo!

They have to style their hair (and dress) conservatively to appeal to middle America and also to give the impression that they are serious and respectable.

I think there's a style committee or something that has the job of "polishing" the first lady and probably the children. Remember Hilary Clinton's ugly headbands? They did way with those right away. I think they want a professional look they cut it shorter so it's easy to look a bit too old ladyish.

Their husband has a dangerous job! It grows grey with worry!
He says or does something someone doesn't like, he can get murdered, injured, poisoned, or one wrong word to the wrong person can even start a war!
Why are we asking about stupid hair? We should be asking about how they handle the pressure!
