Yahoo is the easiest to use, but it's pretty limited. If you consider yourself a 'serious' player, try www.fanball.com. I've been using them for a few years now, and they're quite good. $60 for your entire league, and live stat tracker is included for everyone.

your wife and daughter should come first. They are not fantasy. Don't join a fantasy football league. you will become an NFL whore and you will root for players on teams you don't like and you will end up rooting against players on your favorite team. In the end you will be single and you will lose interest in football.
