they both are funny .. but their styles are differnt .. rajpal is young and spontaneous and extremely hilarious more thru his movement whereas paresh rawal is more a dialogue delievery he doesnt do any stupid things . he has a serious look on his face but his actions are way different and make us laugh... so he isnt hilarious but a comic riot whereas rajpal does all these crazy things like me pagal nahin hoo act in hungama thats hilarious ..
