Boob jobs are ugly, they leave insensitive nipples and an un-natural feel, they are cold and they dimple at the sides. I hate them, they are a real turn off, i would rather have natural, even small and soft, but never those awful no go show boats. The scars are minimal these days, and in Thailand, you can have a boob job done for 500 pounds, people come here from all over the world. depends on what type of job you are referring to. I had a reduction in '00 and you can still see the scars that go towards the armpits, but you really have to look. The scars around the nipples and down under the boobs aren't noticable at all. as for implants, that i do not know...

If done correctly by a reputable surgeon, they leave absolutely no scars. My surgeon went through my armpits and there was a scar approx. 1 inch long that was only slightly vivible for less than a year! The surgeon will position the incision into one of the natural folds in your armpit and after the scar has healed it can be excised and no one would ever know that it was there !

It's depends on the method used. Saline implants can be inserted through a small incision in the armpit or belly button and are then pumped up once in place. This leaves a very small, inconspicuous scar.

Silicone implants which need a larger incision are placed either through the crease below the breast or around the areola. This leaves a slighly longer, more noticeable scar, but it will heal and fade in time.

Depends on what kind of incisions the doc uses. Some still use the "anchor" incision, which is pretty bad. There's some that do it near the nipple, so it won't show as much. And then there's the one they make underneath your boob. Last ones I know of are the one they make in your armpit, and the one they go through your belly-button. So you'd just have to ask whomever does it, they should be able to show you pictures of women who have had one through them.
