Actually, no. how can you visualize something, that you have never seen? all the description in the world, cannot make a blind from birth person, understand what anything looks like. if you have not seen it before, you cannot visualize what anything looks like now.

Pretend you have been blind from birth. a friend is about to give a description of the human body. he tells you that humans come in many colors. what does this mean to a blind person? think about it. if you are blind and have never been able to see, you do not have a comparison bank in your brain. maybe, they believe humans are mulit-colored, if they knew what muti-colored was.

From day one, a blind person depends entirely on their sense of smell, feel, and hearing to guide them through life. again, i say no, that blind people, from birth, do not know what humans or really anything, looks like.

The blind has a generic picture of humans on his mind. He has a perfect idea of how his fellow humans look like but without finite details (e.g. color, beauty, etc) & racial or cosmetic variations.

He has his own body as a guide to knowing how you look, feel, & ofcourse the detailed functions of body parts. In addition, because he doesn't see, he has his other 4 senses more developed than the rest of us. These other senses are sometimes so sharpened that the blind might be considered to possess extra-sensory perception (ESP).

It may or may not surprise you to know that blind people can do almost everything that people with normal sight can do. There are a few things such as driving a car or flying an airplane that blind people can't do yet. However, almost anything else you can name, they do it! Blind people are lawyers, teachers, counselors, parents, students. cooks, computer workers, phone operators, musicians, writers, to name a few of the careers blind people have.

Not to forget, they often have a good heart, non-discriminatory, & less likely to commit crimes.

I saw a hard core punk tonight with the wickedest mohawk you have ever seen. He had a dog with him and at around midnight in the city I felt poorly for the dog. I saw the dog had a harness like those that the blind use and wondered if he had beaten up a blind person for it. I was walking behind and the guy was leaning on his friend in what appeared to be a drunken stupor. When I finally passed them I realised the guy was actually blind himself and felt terrible for judging on such little information. To answer your question, they have their own way of interpreting things and I'm sure one person's perception differs greatly from another and also from reality. Much the same as if you imagine a scenario in your head compared to how it actually plays out. I kid you not though; that was one killer mohawk.

Of course no, but they have a concept related to it
Like if i ask you how does colour ghkjhkj [ which doesn't exists in the world] looks like so how can you describe it? Similarly people who are blind don't know how does humans look like!
