Yes it possible but it required a lot of hard work. if you want to go regular course you have to face enterance exam also. My advice for you is to take associate exams conducted by institution of engineers( india). if you pass this exam it will equivalent to BE/Btech.itis approved by Govt of india and Highly rated all over world
