I am 34 and there are many things I would advise myself......

1) You don't want that last slice of cake
2) Be careful who you talk to on the internet
3) Don't give your child tinned baby food
4) Save your pennies!!

The list is endless but unfortunately we can't go back so I have learnt some very hard lessons which hopefully I will never repeat.

I'm 28, ten years ago I was 18, just starting college and would tell myself the following things:

1. Forget about that other guy, Erik will stand by you for the rest of your life.

2. Go to the doctors, you are sick and need to take medicine...it will help you with your weight, your moods, and you will have a better chance of having children. (I had PCOS for 6 years and didn't know it).

3. Friends will come in and out of you life over the next ten years, don't waste time on the ones that put you down.

4. You are smart and capable...do your homework and stay in school because you won't really be able to afford the classes when you have to pay for them yourself because your credit is bad and you can't get a loan.

5. DON'T USE YOUR CREDIT CARD.

36 right now. If I went back 10 years there's nothing I would really say to myself. But 10 years ago is when i had the baby I'm looking at now. To do any good I would have to go back 14 years. The advice would be "He will only be here 4 months, and there is nothing you can do to prevent his death. Enjoy the little time you have"

What a depressing way to start the day

I am 19 so I think that if I went back 10 years, then I would be too young to care about what advice I had for myself. But I would go back 5 years and tell myself that I need to not get married at 16 and wait! And I need to concentrate on school and I need to respect my parents because I will definitely need them one day!

Maybe not a pleasant answer, but you asked the question. I am now 70, and I would have separated from my wife 8 years earlier than I eventually did. I feel like I lost out on a decent chance to start over in a second life.
Given my current age, I can only wonder, at age 60............

I would remind myself that to forgive is divine but to forget is idiocy. I am 33. I cost myself a lot of emotional and financial devastation from forgetting a little too much.
That being said, I believe that most of my life experiences served a future purpose for me. Maybe someday I'll find the purpose on the above issue. Overall, I don't believe in wishing things undone - trials are how we learn.

I'm 53, so I would have been 43. I'd advise myself to purchase a lottery ticket with numbers I knew would win, and then I'd tell myself to get serious about diet and exercise, and NOT to let my daughter go to the college she selected, since it turned out to be a bad choice for her. Since everything would be different if I were a slim, fit multi-millionaire, the rest of what's happened to me would no longer apply. Oh, maybe I'd advise myself to be really, really nice to my boss, since I'm married to him now, and he wasn't my boss ten years ago. I'd also tell myself to stay on the job even though I won the lottery, so I could work for him. That was a lot of fun, and I'd like to do it again.

I'm 25 going on 26. I would slap the crap out of myself and say don't sleep with any of the guys I slpet with so I could be a virgin when I met my husband. That's my one regret in life, that I could have lost my virginity to my husband because I met him when I was 18 and then two months later I lost my virginity to someone else, then it was all down hill from there. My husband was a virgin though. I deflowered him!!!

I'm 30 and I would have to invite myself out for dinner and coffee later because I have so much I'd say to me.

Mmmm...if I had the chance to go back, actually, I'd try for going back about 13 to 15 years ago.

I would tell myself to be really busy on one particular night when I happened to go out with a friend and I happened to meet one particular male.
