There is none...To one's eyes terrorism is the act of violence in order to prove or persuade a point. Terrorism to another's eyes could be a miracle. It all depends on the perception...We as Americans depict Al Qaeda as terrorists, but they see us as being terrorists. It's a very controversial term!
