I believe that there is a divine force at work in the universe. However, I do not ascribe to the definition of "God" as provided by any existing religion. I believe in evolution, there's just too much evidence to support it, but that in no way deters me from my belief in the divine. If you look carefully at the Big Bang theory, it says that all the particles of matter in the universe came together to create the "bang", but cannot explain where those particles came from in the first place. My answer? The divine.

yes i do believe in god very much. when i was really small i did not actually know. god was there because everybody said so. but by the time i was fourteen i have felt a presence guiding through everything-it was like someone was watching over me. it was from then on that i started feeling that everything happens for a reason. each and every second of time has been decided upon and that we are just instruments in the hands of that divine power.

The question is very famous all over the world. You will receive hundreds and hounds of reply (May god bless you....) , mine is the first one and probably the practical one. I believe in the "idea" of "God".
I like and love this idea that somebody is there and who controls the whole world. Being imaginary no one can go and meet the God. It is the important thing that it is accepted universally. Therefore everyone who believe in it will be automatically gets cautious about the things............. not to do the bad things. If this concept would have not been there think what would have been the disaster?
The word "God fearing" is always been used and one really works well if he/she is "God fearing". It is something like when we want to control the kids, we want to prevent them doing something bad, we tell them if continued like that this/that will happen. We know what we are telling him/her is not true but that works at least for sometime.
Secondly it gives you lot of courage and confidence for doing good things in your life. This is very important function it built lot of confidence in hounded and thousands and millions and billions of people in the world. That's why I think ""God" is great".
I salute to the "God". I pray to the "God" please get the good things done from everybody in the world. "God" you are only one who can do this.

I don't go to church but I do believe in God.
People that state things like... " If there were a God then why is everything so messed up. Why doesn't he step in?"
God gave us free will. That is why he doesn't step in. We are in charge of our own actions. It is a cruel world out there. In the past week alone so much hate and terror has happened. You may ask yourself why God? But you should be asking yourself why is everyone acting like this? You have the choice. People just make the wrong ones.

I think if you just take a look around at all the magnificent things in this world, such as seas that go 1000's of feet deep, moutains that reach the sky, rainbows that are produced after rain, heck... RAIN that produces life... all of these wonderous things, its kind of hard to believe that it just "appeared" like some big BANG!
That we as humans just "hatched" or evolved... I mean look how vast and advance our minds are? Do you not feel that attributed to a Great source.
Read Genesis. Get your own understanding.... don't be yolked with unbelievers...

hello true have u seen a small plant coming out of the land what do u think there is some one who is pushing it from down or don't u see how a drop of sperm converts in a life when intercoursed with a lady there is god and he is there seeing all of us an the things we r doing now that's why people are burried when died to subnit to god because u came from him and to him u have to return otherwise imagine how can a dead body enters again its mother vagina... correct there is god and that is ALLAH.

It is very critical question.I think it is totally depends on us.If u go with science there is no god but some where science also except it if no then why doctos said pl pray to god.But I think god means ur own internal power when we call got then we try to increase our internal power to fight the situation.

i believe in god because whenever need some special help which can't be done by someone else is given as gift 2 me by GOD n i think HE is always ready 4 our help if we have deep believe in HIM. i have feel that, that's why.
